MyMistak.es is a platform where anyone can share their unsuccessful experience and lessons learned from these failures. In fact, it was a page builder like this one. It didn't work. Why? People are more willing to share their experiences on Facebook or make a YouTube video than on a new platform. On the other hand, in theory I could make a recommendation system on the platform and turn it into a social network. But launching a social network is a mega expensive and complicated task. Google tried to launch its social network 3 times and failed. So I'd rather pass =)
It was the platform that gave you access to all you need for gaining muscle. A subscriber received daily workout plans, nutrition plans, coach support, etc. It was a bot in a social network, so people didn't have to download a new unknown app. I was a little bit smarter this time. I decided to create just a website without a product to watch if the hypothesis attracts an audience. And I thank God that I did. There were almost zero subscriptions. A hypothesis is a hypothesis.
The idea was to allow students to get knowledge 10 times cheaper in compare to online tutors. A student should pay only $20 monthly to have full access to the community. The community had a full pack of video lessons to learn French from scratch. Furthermore, a student had 24/7 tutor support in a chat. He could answer any of your questions while you watched a lesson. After an ad campaign, I understood that it would be too expensive to attract an audience. The business model didn't add up. Well, now all the lessons that we have managed to create are available on YouTube for free.
The world was torn apart by the TV series "Squid Game". The show had that famous cookie. I was lucky enough to be involved in its production. It was a good business. The cost of the cookie was about 10 cents. The price was at least $2 a piece. The hype around the series and these cookies did not last long, unfortunately. On the other hand, we managed to sell a few thousand of this.
I created different YouTube channels in different languages with different topics. Unfortunately, a lot of things had not been saved. Here is somewhat I managed to save:

Gambling websites for in-game items were mega popular in the gaming industry at that time. So I decided to launch a website for cs:go skins too. I was not a programmer, that's why I had to find one. It took much time to create the website because it had a unique game mode. After everything was ready, I launched an ad campaign. The site immediately got hacked and took out all available in-game items that I bought for the winners. The bug was fixed. The ad campaign was relaunched. Unfortunately, there was no success there. You should have an enormous ad budget to fight competitors to promote the website in this niche. Since I invested all my money, I couldn't give up. It would be very painful. So I decided to redesign the site for real money and try to sell it to popular casinos. It worked. An online casino bought my project. They liked the unique gambling mode and wanted to add it to their casino. My investment was eventually recouped.
Now there is nothing left. The project name was "greenbully.com". There are still some videos on YouTube recorded by players. The domain was redirected to some porn site a few years ago. Apparently, the owners of the casino decided to diversify the risks and engage not only the gambling business.
I wouldn't go into such business now. This kind of business is not good for this world in my opinion.

Cicada3301 is the internet mystery. It is a puzzle that was made up by an anonymous group of people. They looked for extraordinary programmers. For example, you are given a PNG file. You should find inside this file something that will lead you to a specific domain name. Then you should solve a puzzle there to move to a new level of quest, and so on. All the tasks were related to programming or so. Well, my idea was simple. I wanted to create something similar as Cicada3301 but for "ordinary" people who want to have fun at home. And then, instead of testing the demand by simply creating a test game, I started to look for investment 🤦♂️. Here is the link to that crowdfunding page. Apparently, I just learned about crowdfunding and loved the idea that you can raise money this way. It didn't work, and for some reason I stopped the project. Although it would be possible to launch the first game on my own and to test the hypothesis. Chalk it up to my young age.
It was an attempt to launch an auction of cs:go skins. Even the design was made for the website. However, the auction wasn't launched. I don't remember the exact reason, unfortunately, why I stopped the project. Maybe I felt something was wrong. Now, I think the project could be successful if the focus was on very expensive items that hadn't clear price.
There was an entertainment show on YouTube called "TheAngryGrandpaShow". I translated and dubbed it into Russian. My YouTube channel was named "CreativeStudioStormProduction". It had 250k~ subs, and 5~ videos gained more than a million views. I've even received a YouTube silver play button. Here's the photo from that period. That channel was sold to another creator after two years. He violated some of the YouTube rules, and the channel was banned, unfortunately. All that's left is the group of my channel in Russian's social network and the playlist with my reupload vids there as well. I can honestly say that everything was done right. I liked the project, and when it began to bother, the business was sold.
I don't remember exactly what year. I was in 6th, 7th or 8th grade at the time. And I decided to sell firecrackers to my classmates. The business was easy and profitable. I bought a pack of firecrackers for $0.5 and gave it away for $2. I made $250~ in a month. However, the business was stopped because of an accident. Someone started to blow up my firecrackers in the school itself - in the toilet and even in the classroom when the teacher came out. Therefore, I decided to discontinue the project. It was a significant risk while continuing to do business.
I launched different YouTube channels about minecraft - "let's plays", game shows, etc. Here is the link to the channel that remained from those times. The other channels were deleted, unfortunately. There were no significant views in general. I was 13, and it was just for fun =)
